If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily accept returns of product within 100 nights of purchase for a full refund. Returns must be accompanied by a note including return reason, name, and order number. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment, minus shipping and handling. We will also wash and donate the returned sheets to one of the local homeless shelters in the area.
We stand behind our quality and will accept returns beyond 100 nights for manufacturer defects only. Additionally, we back all of our snap enclosures with a lifetime warranty. Should you have a defect please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle the replacement free of charge.
Simply send the item back to us at the address below using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package, as bedface is not responsible for any returns that are not received.
